I opened this site almost a week ago.
I've bought Red Thorn, and modified it alot. Enough to say it's unique.
We'll get an favicon as soon as I hire a GFX guy, who can do it.

It is nice and used by a lot. But the question is what are you going to do to make yours better? You should compare your site RSWarez to another site of the same style and then start enhancing your design, features, the whole sha bang. Then ask for a re-review.
