I will take one for a WP blog and forum, I got around 400-500 UV for WP blog and 100-200 for the forum before they went down (I was on stablelayer), that was without any advertising going on since they had just started.

The vps allows everything except **********, spam, hacking and phishing. All the rest is allowed until a complaint is made and then you have to remove the infringing content.
