Yep that would be true.
I hope your system also constantly auto monitor the content of dedicated servers in order to automatically remove and prevent from abuse/illegal file uploadings. This is really serious thing.

Appreciate your input but this is Not a good idea at all. They pay for the storage does not mean we set auto deleting method there. Especially, when we are offering privacy protection to our subscribers, we should not be monitoring their data this way.

When they host illegal data and the data bring copyrighted complaints or similar, we forward the report to them and demand a co-operation on a given time.
