Click on your username in the top bar, then click on "convert points to $", you should exceed the minimum points required to be converted.

Only few payments are waiting review and will be processed. New users which have not received many payments, pass through a review process for several times before user is trusted.

This may happen because of an old bug, can you clear cache and try again or try from another browser and let us know please?
