Your cleared balance should be more than or equal to your minimum payout number you set in your account settings.
Cleared balance means the remaining balance after applying withdrawal fee.
 
when will i receive money?
now pending with paypal my min payout set to $101,
and payment history is $124 on 2015-03-31

I remember my balance was 130
ie 130 X 95% = $124 ($6 is fee) right?

my balance is 17..min for payout on payza 10$

You can set your minimum amount by yourself, so check it in your account.
Or provide your username to be able to help you further.

Payment may take up to 10 business days.
Withdrawal fee is 4.25%
