You need to wait until 10 December and the request will be generated automatically for you. Please ensure you have entered your correct payment info.
 
Hi MrRock, I changed my minimum payout, and now I can't see "daily report" "affiliates page" and another account configurations.
I have changed from 10 to $ 15. stats frozed too, What may have happened?

Just try. It was $13 and it's now $12 not big deal.
As you may know, PPD plan is changing from time to time.

Payout requests have generated. Maybe that's why you have $0 in your account now.
Will be better if you provide your username to check further.
And referral has been stopped for some time as mentioned earlier this week.
