it worked only for 2 hours but now same problem, no counting :/ !!

Guys, check the update on the website, Rockfile will be closed in a few weeks and payout will be only the 50% !!! big loss :( !!!

We're sorry for being late in reply. Things went too fast and we didn't have a chance to write a statement. There's a statement on the website for Affiliate members, you can read it to know what's going on.

Dear valued partner,
We've been very happy with our cooperation since we started a few years ago, and we always try to share our revenue with you fairly because you're the main and most important part of the system.�

Our business runs 95% on Ad revenue. In November we have seen good indications in Ads quality due to Black Friday Ads so we passed more revenue to you by counting more downloads from the same IP and by increasing the PPD rates for all PPD Tiers and at some point, we counted downloads from all countries without even announcing about it, we did all that even before we actually receive any money from the advertising agency, just by seeing good indications in the reports. But unfortunately, we didn't get our money and our revenue stream has been cut surprisingly and all of our Ad revenue has been seized.

We understand that now you're curious about your next payout. As we've lost a big portion of our money and as we've shared more revenue with you in November even without receiving any money for that month from our Ad agency, and while we've been financially hit negatively during COVID-19 lockdown and the followed period, we also are committed to our infrastructure providers with contracts, but we're still committed to issuing payouts to you but this time the payout will be 50% of the collected money (fees still apply). The payout will be issued to eligible users (users who have reached $15 so far� or more) and only one payout will be issued. The payout date has not been decided until this moment.

We're in the middle of negotiation about selling Rockfile software and infrastructure to a new owner. We'll announce once the deal is closed. Rockfile will still be operational for a few more weeks and your files will remain accessible for quite some time.

We don't guarantee that all files will remain but the new owner will keep the same system and honesty to our partners. And all payouts will be issued regularly as Rockfile used to do once they start their new project.

We might not be able to answer all support tickets but we'll provide as much information as we can on the website.
