I have almost same problem ,i paid for 200+ channels and now i have only 184,they removed them one by one everyday.
 
:facepalm: they are robbing me big time man, as you see my bill was 313 lets say,... I paid 130 last month and owed another 130, ... so now its another month so the 130 should have doubled once again. So I wanted to pay another 130 to cut it in half. Instead the guy is trying to tell me I owe 3 months total instead of two and my bill somehow increased dramatically because they decided to charge me for service I never requested. When I signed up, I wanted phone, internet and HD cable. which was a flat rate of 130 a month. No extra charges nothing! Was never on a promotional package. No contract no nothing. Just 130 a Month. Bullshit guys -_-

I really did, and I shoulda taken a screeny of it all but didn't cross my mind. I just copied and pasted it as I usually do when I make online payments for record purposes. Once he disconnected and I closed the tab, there is no way of going back to previous chat. Wish there was :facepalm:
