Logo is just kind of floating up there in space lol,
But other then that, nice looking theme.

you should reduce height of your header and change your logo, that colored background is kinda nice, and in my opinion it would look better if you would stretch it more down
Filesonic advertisment and katz banner are not looking well together, you have too much empty space that way, but skyscraper banners for hosts if you really want to or put smaller banners because this is really to big.
same goes for advert in footer... and remove counter, you really dont need it. for personal use you have that kind of stats in cpanel or with google analytics
Theme is nice, I like darker themes, just fix those thing, and you'll be just fine
