Remove the advertisements.
Redesign the entire site.

Change keywords and site title.
Be more professional. Include more modifications. Spice up the forum. Make it better.
Oh and did I mention... REMOVE THE ADVERTISEMENTS. It's ridiculous to have all that crap on there, and annoying. Remove them ALL. Your site doesn't need to have shit like that, it's an embarrassment! Use your head. You have little cost, and there is no reason for these ad's, as they are making you little to no money (as you have already noticed). Instead your ruining your site. Stop it. Right. Now.

What changes? I don't see any changes at all...
I see big floating cock's and pussy's in the form of aggressive advertising.
Never, ever will I re-visit your site or review another one of your sites unless changes are made.
Like I said, remove 75% of the advertisements. It's pointless, it ruins your community & you don't even have enough traffic to worry about trying to cover the minimal server fees that you do have.
