Get a new banner & logo and also add a favicon.
Add a few posts at Announcements.
Add few more sections, put in an introduction section where members can post their intro, interact with them !

I really like the theme and the buttons. The only thing I dont like very much is the text part of the logo.
The wave thingy is great, but the text looks too formal, kinda medieval and that doesnt suit the theme - specially the serif on the letters.
I guess you could also use some buttons on the posts (info, links, password, etc)

The skin is really neat and just looks really nice on the eyes, A lot of the time people say their isn't enough forums etc, but less forums means easier to fill the site and make it look active so I wouldn't actually make any more forums. I would say the logo could be a little bit better, but it still fit's in with the theme, and you need a favicon.
But overall really nice looking site 8.5/10.
