Looks awesome. Get a favicon :/

You can add choose the format window before hitting the go button (Saves some time) :/
 
My Review:
- Took a while to load.
- Nice name, good domain.
- This should be changed. (The color; http://www.youtube2mp3.org/images/logo.png)
- Get a favicon.
- One ad is fine, don't add any more.
- Contact Us has no link, it's just text.
- Disclaimer: Youtube2Mp3.org are in no way affiliated with Youtube. (Should say YouTube2Mp3.org is in no way affiliated with YouTube.)
- Bookmark Us should be fancier. (Maybe like a page roll out kinda thing, in the top right?)
- Remove the <br> after the ad.

Overall, the site is pretty damn good, interface is nice, just fix what I've listed above.

About the logo, I need someone will design for me.

I mean on Google Chrome, you can't add in plugins to download the youtube vids; any idea how that can be done? now if ur site has this extra optionas well, I think traffic there could fly.
