You really picked a great name for your forum, domain name is great. Favicon is ok, I love pixel art. Template is kinda heavy, especially the background image. But I suppose all gaming forums have heavy templates. One thing I don't like are those PNG icons, your forum would load quite faster if you remove them.

Move the tag cloud to be the last table in the sidebar. Move up the "Recent Topics Added" to be the first one, and also. It would be better if you used the same design for all tables, e.g. All tables in sidebar should have the design of "Recent Topics Added". It would look way better.

Fix your forum title to; "Xtreme Console - Wii, PSP, XBOX 360, PS3 & DS Discussions Forum". Even though it's long, it's better than the current one.

That's all I guess, nothing else left to review.
 
well.. it takes a little while to load I think its that big wallpaper in the back that will take a lot of your bandwidth too. as I'm wrighting this that big image still hasn't loaded all the way and i have high speed internet.

But it looks really nice.
 
I do like it, but the logo background takes a while to load. I don't really like the halo reach background (not a huge fan of it...but ehrm it could of been a bit brighter than it is now)... Nice favicon... looks like a pre-made one though not a custom. Great looking site man keep it up. :)

Looks good, you may change the background to Medium level quality to reduce the size and increase the load speed.

@Jason, IPB is just heavy.
