BTW check the new registration imageMy Review:
- Make the logo like 5-10% smaller.
- border=0 on the Katz and Register Image.

- New favicon.

- Skin is a bit common, but whatever.
- Calendar link in both navbars, meh.
- Katz Network button is NOT the Katz Downloads button. (Just letting you know)
- Get custom forum icons.
Site is alright, find something to make it unique. 6/10.

Navigation:
Get rid of both Calendar links, Contact Us (it's in footer already), Community drop down has only Member's List so doesn't need to be dropdown and you have a Member's List Link above it anyway.
Errors
"undefined, NaN undefined NaN" appears at the top. It's an error you need to fix someplace.
Only area I could see with a post was the graveyard. You should really make a test account for us to look around for a proper review. In the Graveyard the katz network has another blue Twillight image over it. The only post I looked at was a spam for some blog which you moved to trash yet you didn't edit the post to remove the link. Therefore even though he's banned Google will still follow the the link which is what he wanted.
Skin
Get default avatars, forum icons, and try to make it look less out of the box. It look just too much default settings.
