Nice but too "Just Installed" looking. Keep the theme as it's nice but customize it more. Change stuff like the forum icons, get rid of the vip zone. Nobody's going to join a vip area for a new site, remove the calendar link, add good relevant forum descriptions to all areas, not just copy past the first one changing one word.
Make staff recruitment a subforum to feedback as your only ever going to have a few topics in that so it's a waste of time having it as a main forum on the index.
In general though it all looks good and it one of the better first time attempts I've seen in a while. It's a very tough market though as their are thousands of warez sites so it's not going to be easy for you but I do wish you the best of luck with it.
