-Tons of awkward space at the top, the logo looks pretty bad
-The Welcome Guest and Register text doesn't match with the site
-No need for that automatic translations thing
-Don't make Rules, News & Announcements flash

WM logo is matching with the style..
but i didn't like the warezmania text color on that logo.. didn't match with style.. how about resize the WM logo and place it above warezmania text?

Oh yeahh..
on the bottom, link color make "NLP-er enjoy" text invisible on "Thanks to NLP-er enjoy automatic translations (vBET)"..

I give 6/10.

about the Affiliate..

Why did you place katz button alone in the header.. lol..
Katz button would be lonely.. you must move it to Affiliates box..
or move Affiliatesbox to header.. :D
