1. Your logo is fine. I don't see any problems in the logo. But you can make something smaller instead of this. I dont know what people are thinking about this.
2. About the menus, I dont think it's handy to have two sections of downloads, but that is something you have to know. I would say; one section and a mark or prefix for your own uploads.
3. The SEO doesnt look very good to me. Because if you click on a post, you dont see the name of the thread, but showthread.php . It would be easier to find if you can do it like this:
Name of thread: Test
URL of thread: /showthread.php?x=test or something like that, but the important thing is that you see the name of the thread in the link.
The content is good, you have a lot of threads. Maybe it would be better to make another site for porn, because you have a lot of that. But it could also be a bad idea, so never mind if you dont think so.
On the average, you have a good/very good site. If you do better SEO, then you would get more people from google.
