This is my point of view,
1. Get some other skin. This one isn't good/impressive at all. (BEING FRANK)
2. Move that DMCA Protected theme to the footer area.
3. I like the site's speed, mantain it.
4. Try making other unique categories and not bulky warez stuff... Warez-BB and others are there for all that.
5. As you are new, you can actually dedicate yourself towards one particular section, this would gather more popularity for you rather than asking posters to come up and post their crap.
6. Make good rules and try to find good moderators who can help you out.
7. Most IMPORANT -> Be as unique as possible, you won't earn a buck otherwise... There are millions of WAREZ crappy shit sites out there already
