I agree. Site loaded fairly quickly. Could be better but this is an expected result for a forum.
I actually like the favicon and think its fine. The logo does look like its been resized or something. Edges look "rough"
I agree with AJ's statement on the header links. They look too run together. That may be the way you wanted it but it looks sloppy.
I ran a porn forum for a while so i'm going to focus on that section of your forum for a minute.
It seems to me that the porn section is one of your more heavily viewed areas but in comparison to how many views you get there, the streaming threads get very few.
I'd eliminate that section. I don't think you are getting any benefit from it.
The next part of this is really the responsibility of your users but your mod staff could definitely influence or make a difference...
The porn section is very disorganized. I know its only 1 small forum but the content is lacking a focus that could bring in a larger amount of users.
Megathreads are no good. They lump content together that *could* stand on its own but someone is too lazy to make its own thread for it.
Secondly, titles like "VIP Collection HD-Film" (which is also a megathread) do you no good in the search engines or people looking for content.
Well crafted titles, generally in the format of "Pornstar's Name - Content Title @ Site Name" are really the way to go. Example of one i just posted on a different forum: "Tiffany Doll - Rockn'Doll @ DPFanatics"
Make a single thread for unidentified clips and maybe a thread for amateur clips and keep them separated out from the rest of the content.
