Hello,

- everything is blue except the bar in the footer, it's green?
- remove the :) icon from the topic title
- I don't like the glow behind the welcome frame
- get a new favicon
- get new logo
- you use too many colors: blue, red, yellow, white.. try to stick with max.2 ;)

Rest is ok, 6/10

- remove the :) icon from the topic title (i didn't remove them but i replace them with transparent icons)
- I don't like the glow behind the welcome frame (fixed)
- get a new favicon (i made 1)
- get new logo (i made simple 1)
- you use too many colors: blue, red, yellow, white.. try to stick with max.2 (well i tried my best) ;)

and please try to review forum too not just the index
