here is a quick review

>> Site main banner is a lil hard to read site name, better you capitalize first character TripsBloggers.com
>> In categories view count of posts are in next line, its looking odd, please use it after the Country(Category) name http://i.imgur.com/1GoJN.png

>> Search option is 2 times once in Main menu then in right nav bar, you can hide any one (better hide from Menu)

>> Change this from Widget settings, its giving unprofessional look http://i.imgur.com/oz4o0.png
