Hmm. Not really. Too bright and glowing effects are not very good for logos.

Nice skin, nice logo too, but you can hardly see "the" But take the hover effect off, make it smoother or take it off, that's my only concern

i have seen it both, everyone has different taste, i liked the glowy one too but "the" wasn't so visible. Anyways, I would make "Appz-Games..." text look better, it looks weak (maybe resizing or making it a bit bolder).
Does it look good? yes
Does it fit the template? yes
Do i feel the flow? no, its more like splatter.

Good job though just my opinion.
