That links on pictures is quite good, but you need to add some post description on front page.
Further, your site looks really empty and boring for eye. Move tags and latest posts from your footer to your sidebar, but I'm not sure what is the point of latest posts feature when they can be seen right there.
You should try to add body background, some dark color probably so there is some color transition and it would be more pleasing for the eye
I would also try to do something with navigation bar, because you have your links on left side, while right is empty

Well, now, first impression is OK (it is possible it is only because I love the colors that are available. Good for the eyes.), but as I scroll down the page I notice that there are different sizes of the images that are posted. I think you should organize your photos better so that it is the same size for all images that are posted. You must arrange a new favicon. If possible, I would recommend a very small text below each post to explain a bit. Only a very small summary, a small section. It may be a small plot, or even basic information about an application. I would have made a bigger logo and placed it in the middle instead of to the left of the page. The right side had perhaps been a little cool, too. You should alphabetize tabs on the top part, moreover, I would also highlighted how many posts there are in each section, just to have a little overview. The guest will also get an idea of what things RLSScene focus and prioritize. The lower section of the website is too boring and orignal. Moreover, I would not have had the sentence that is at the very bottom, "The Internet's Biggest Archive for Scene Releases" - I do not like lies, and I hardly doubt that others like it also. You have 29 posts. *giggles*.
