I'd rate it 7/10.

I liked the header. Its amazing.

Contact | Rls.to install contact form plugin so that it can ease your task.

Also make a DMCA policy page so that you are protected till some level ;)

contact form i used onmy other sites but people add there always fake emails thats why i remove it

and dmca policy page not need ;)

About the site I would fix a few things.

Your logo is pro made, but why the padding is so big? make the padding above and below the logo thinner, and I would make the logo a bit smaller.

What's the use of the green search button if it's not working?

Your search bar is a bit hidden, make it clear and stand out, people like to search.

Why do you have the category of your movie format on top of your post, it will not work too good with SEO, better have the tile on top and the movie format some where below.

I would remove all this text from the front page and make it only inside the post, a person who is interested in that movie / file will click on the image / title.
