I think it's interesting....

I have never seen anything like this before, so I applaud you on the uniqueness of your creation. It's not something that everyone is doing. Then again you must ask yourself what is the point of it? Clearly it's just something you made for fun, but are you willing to expand on this?

You could spice up the design much more. Starting off with your banner image. Fit the video into a movie theater style background with curtains. Add some more content, make the roulette more fun. As of right now it's just a random video. If I was you I would have it so that there is one large video in the middle and about 20 smaller random videos surrounding the main video. These can be hot videos of the day or something. Base them on categories. Have fun with this, continue to use your imagination and expand it further.

My idea is not to make money with the website because I'm not spending it (except 10 $ / year for the domain) so I did not put advertising.

I'm not good at drawing, someone knows someone who can help me with the banner? I can pay some money but not much because the site does not generate money.
 
Saw the contest, don't think that you should allow the community to vote for your banner. It's pretty clear which one so far is the right one to use... http://i.imgur.com/Krwdy9o.png . Have AJ make the roulette table stretch the entire width of your site text and fade down into the lettering. Also give him your slogan for your site.

Yes, my objective is to let the community choose the banner. But I let submit proposals until the 24th of FEBRUARY and then create a poll.
 
I already changed my banner, what do you think should be changed now?

Added after 2 Days 17 Hours:

My next idea for my site will be adding options of sharing on social networks and a button that allows users to add my website to favorites.
