The site looks really professional and modern.

The "Home Evaluations Our Staff Client Login Contact Us" top menu is ugly.

The three images under The experts, Efficient, and Versatile in http://prosellersinc.com/aboutus.html. Get a proficient graphics artist to make new images for those that flow well with your theme.
Other than that the theme is really nice.

I actually like the site, it has a nice colour scheme and everything is laid out nicely BUT...
The top navbar is one of the ugliest things i have seen on a website to date, remove that or i shoot you.
The logo is a bit boring, it's missing something but i just can't put my finger on it.
The Live chat thingy would be more suited under the search because it will look naked without the top navbar.

Favicon missing. Footer looks too empty to me. [hmmm]

Overall, Looks too clean to me, not like a Professional Seller site :-/ Maybe it need some borders or texture/background change.
You can do it, as i see it is a work in progress by looking at the Links & Testimonials.

- There's no Favicon.
- This does not blend with the website at all. (http://i.imgur.com/IJmcLiF.png)
Consider having something like this: http://i.imgur.com/oiAueb2.png and have it slide out.
- This top bar doesn't blend at all, either. (http://i.imgur.com/ZkmXIgE.png)
- These images could be a lot better, they should blend with the website. (http://i.imgur.com/aVZwopP.png)
