Great site! the colors are great and the layout is fine too.
My only concern is that the logo does not really fit the site well, the colors are off and the spacing is off too.. the idea is nice but over all it can be improved.
Another thing is the Big lady on your background does not really do anything, it is but a big distraction to a website that already has a lot going on.. I think it is better to leave it blank or use a pattern / texture instead.

Over all I give it an 8.5 / 10
