I would say 2/10 is a little too high .. 1/10 would be more likely.
Basically what you do is repost videos from other sites.

Nothing really positive:
- no logo
- just copy/paste posts
- not navigation friendly
- the videos are not resized to the theme
- should work on the theme... really
