Overall, it looks alright. Colours aren't bad. Quite easy on the eyes, I don't know if this is a standard MyBB template or not as I don't know much about MyBB.

Off the bat. The dot TK domain has to go. Get rid of it. You need to invest $9.99 into a real domain name here: http://namecheap.com

Upon registering I was allowed to create this username: MitchyBitchyWooHooHooHooHooWTF. You need to reduce the character limit to 16, 30 is ridiculous and can easily get out of hand with your members and will shift your templates around and make them look horrible if your not careful!

When going to enter a password I am prompted with this: Password requires an upper case letter, lower case letter and a number. I am not even required to have this complex of a password with my banking institution. Remove the extreme password conditions and make it easy - let people make their password whatever they want to (6 character or longer is fine, all lower case, no numbers, etc).

You have your username color as Blue which looks horrible on the dark background and hurts the eyes.

You need to change the entire template as it is very poor. Go to the graphics section here and find some free/cheap artwork to be designed for your site. These guys can do some pretty good stuff for you.

Your site title is "Packed" and that's it. Add more to it. Spice up your keywords. Add more content.

Your memberlist is visible without registering. That shouldn't occur in systems. I would argue that memberlists are useless to most users.
