Overall - Well, for a start the site is loading pretty slow for me.
Skin - Nice skin, i like it, but its been overused these days i suggest you to change your theme since its very common these days.
Design - Simple, not complicated i'd say but you can do something better with the Banner.
Favicon - A Facivon is missing, get one.
Inner Review - The Gray Buttons at the Header make your site look even more uglier than it is.

@ image .. thanx for youre efffort ... looks nice .. but it needs to be transparent .. and that fits in with the rest of he theme

@ Rapt1le ... As for the load time is slow ... that wil be a working thing to get sorted ...
as for the theme .. yeh its a common theme .. but ive adjusted it abit to make it look diff to the others ...
