overall its a good and decent template mate (y)
I think you can do some adjustments like,
1.Remove the gradients used on the description boxes.
2.Change the background.
3.Reduce the opacity and size of shadows used on the navbar.
4.Add more colors to the template, the red color is over-used IMO.
