Well with a domain name like that it could be good but there is a lot of bad points with your forum,

1. Your skin is horrible, Just my personal taste
2. I think you got to many usergroups at the moment.. you should just keep it simple..
3. you got 3 other sites under the same domain. .I say scrap them untill you get rw popular and just focus on rw
4. you leeched posts using a bot.. It is very obv and it just doesn't attract members
5. you got 4 forums with no posts at all, it makes the place seem a bit empty.

What you should do is get your mates to sign up, get the to post a bit and refer people.

make quality uploads with royalwarez.com as you pass and then spread them around a lot of warez forums and then submit them to katz and other ddls if you use any.

Well, I think that the skin looks good, nice and clean. The only thing that really bothers me is the ad on the header.

Also your Top 5 Stats is not working.
