Well the domain according to the title is SUPERB. But it's hard to understand for other n00b peoples.
Design = Good
Software = I don't like
but according to expertz SMF is good

I totally understand the idea with your domain and the title of the website, but keep in mind that numbers in the domain isn't good, specially if you're trying to achieve a good seo.
I don't really understand why you're having so many phaze buttons on your site and not even a single button to katz.. You know that you will gain alot more traffic if you submit to katz instead of phaze, right? You should reconsider your choise of DDLs IMO.
Logo can be improved, be creative and try to create something epic, something that really stands out, it's needed when you're running such a plain site. You can also add a favicon. On your welcome message it says that we can surf adfree if we register on the site, but I can't see any ads when browsing as guest on your page so that's kinda funny to have as a welcome message.
I think that you can edit the description for the request forum, it doesn't really make sense when you require a request to be "useful". What's useful in this context? If the user has a request he should be allowed to request, whatever his request is.
Last thing you should definately work on is the community. There's only made 16 replies in 257 940 threads.
