Hide the chatbox from guests
get a new favicon (maybe with some red on it?)

- Takes ages to load your site.
- Logo can be improved alot!
- Hide the shoutbox for guests.
- Remove one of these katz buttons http://screensnapr.com/u/4jncmu.png, there's no need to have them both.
- Get some custom post icons.
- You should remove the 100000 hours stats you are using as it makes your forum look very, very unprofessional.
- I don't really like your skin either, and the colors aren't good.

There's loads of stuff you can improve, get to work
