1. U need to change logo,favicon
2. there is no need to show Shoutbox to guests it only shows inactivity
3. whats the use of this get some traffic first,this is only eating up space
4. stop begging for money,do i need to explain more

what is this 1000000 hrs lol users r way to smart than u r so stop fooling,if u dont have much activity than dont use this mod what the use of it

- Takes ages to load your site.
- Logo can be improved alot!
- Hide the shoutbox for guests.
- Remove one of these katz buttons http://screensnapr.com/u/4jncmu.png, there's no need to have them both.
- Get some custom post icons.
- You should remove the 100000 hours stats you are using as it makes your forum look very, very unprofessional.
- I don't really like your skin either, and the colors aren't good.
There's loads of stuff you can improve, get to work

Mate i like just remove this 1000000 hrs hehe 1440 minutes are 24 houres
