I fed Up with Movie and Porn site now

Ugly oversized thumbs. Personally I like vertical full covers instead of those horizontal cropped ones.

And then those animated gifs ... so many at the same time. I got an headache in the 12 seconds I looked at this site. Furthermore, with those shortener links and the popups, don't expect people to come back to your site soon. There are so many much better sites for them to choose from.

Probably the worst site I've seen in a long time. Congrats!

Change your template remove your short link use this

Do not show alot of categories you can use tags If you the only one to work on that site

I could write a lot of points about the site but this will do.

Site could be ok, if you removed animated gifs and worked on logo and favicon a bit. And removed banner which is right on top and doesn't look good there, maybe find another one or think of another place for it. You could also think of a popunder ads so you won't have to use shortened links for all of the links on your website. Good luck!
