Hmm, I don't like the skin. Just get a simple skin, don't add those extra images and you would be fine. If you have a little of cash, you could get a skin from w-bb and you could get a designer to customize it.

There are many graphic experts here mate but u need to spend a little cash to get the best banner from them.
