Everything really seems like high tech and I like it. Would be better if you link those social network buttons that are located at the header, they are blank :p Logo can be improved as well :D

I see two friend's list, Why not remove 1 Friend's list and add a twitter feed there

How do you encode the 720p videos?
Is that server-side encoding, or you encode it with a program and upload the file manually to the server?
