Lookwise your site should get 2* easily.
But you need more post and members because it also count in increasing rank.
Personally I don't like big attention box saying guest to register but it depend on person to person.
Also the forum is little bit messy in footer on low resolution PC(800*600)

no offense so dont take this the wrong way mate but everyone has that theme everywhere

You'll get 2* Easily but with that skin in future you won't get 3*, 3* Site's can't have theme's that too overused.
