There is nothing to review. Everyone can set up a simple forum, use a simple theme and put some ads in the footer and some crap in the header. And that sticky footer thingy sucks balls. Cheers.

For me its ok,Site Looks well Ordered and have very Good Sections.

Well "ordered"? You have to scroll 15minutes to get to the bottom. I suggest to use more sub-forums for specific categories. For example:
Requests
-> Apps
-> Games
-> etc

Less crap on the index, and trust me, requests will be the most inactive section.

Also, forum descriptions are in 99% the same as on warez-bb. Original.

Also², favicon is missing and logo could be better
