Yes this is a kind of lottery website.. today there are lot of creepy crapy ads full and unreliable and scam lottery sites around most of them are unmanaged and scam
this has made the idea of lottery which is to just give a shot to our luck a pretty bad class.... so with my team we decided to make a clean and safe place to do so...just to tell you guys that this is not a lottery website which offers 1000000$ lottery because 99%times are scams...other sites offer to high lottery prize just to attract users ..An amount which those sites owner probably cannot even afford to give to winner.. but here at Internet Lottery Company we rather give a chance to our users to pool in their bets and win...working is simple... basicaly the ticket you will buy will go to our pot (which is prize at end of lottery) and at end of every week the winner will get the earnings after deducting fees.... Yes thats right.. more the users the bigger the pot.. in other words we dont have to pay all such high amounts from our pockets.. so we dont see any reason to be scam

How this lottery works
the working of Our website is Pretty simple and safe...i will try my best to explain in short and in steps :
Step 1: User buys the tickets and his Payment id is logged in our system with unique id(his lottery ticket)
Step 2: The Money User Pays gets Logged In our Pot after deducting all neccesary fees
Step 3: At end of week a ticket is taken out randomly using random.org
Step 4: The Lucky winner gets all the money which was in pot that week
Yes as simple as that

UltimA is right, this is a lot different than linking to copyrighted material. Are you registered and licenced as a gambling business? I would make sure you actually take the correct steps to check out the laws regarding this, and get licenced, otherwise you may find yourself in some very deep waters.
