I would not recommend this hosting to anyone

Reason: Client Area
I bought their service, and after the purchase I sent a Question tickets to "client area" because the service is not working well, I never got the answer to my questions, as I did not exist, very unprofessional...

I sent the question date 17/01/2018, Fortunately I took the service for only a month

@2015 as part of your concern, might you are right or may any update comes up with an other user also, but your topic title and section is wrong, i would suggest you to choose right section with right title.
