As soon as I visited your forum, this is the first thing that caught my attention

It's out of the frame
Secondly, your banner doesn't really match the theme, the skin colour is black and blue but the banner is white and red?
Thirdly, this image:

It looks very low quality. Same goes for the image under it on your forum.
Fourthly, your VIP section should not be shown to public, it shows the number of topics and posts. Hide it from guests.
Lastly, your footer, it looks kinda bad and out of place.

Oh wait, I just noticed one more thing
Maybe you wanna work on this:

The icon doesn't look good on your skin. Make it in a way that in the last post it doesn't show the host tag.
