I love the header image, looks epic when it first loads on the page. Feels powerful! I like how the header image changes for each Menu link too, that's pretty cool.

Site looks to be spread out and evenly distributed for the most part.

I would remove the social networking buttons from the side, bump the body to the left and allow more room for the sidebar on the right. Because on my resolution half of the sidebar isn't showing and I have to literally use the scroll bar to see all of the links.

Additionally I would look into spicing up the actual design of the site (outside of the header images). The Navigation buttons can be much nicer and you could have one of the designers here on WJ actually design you a much better set of custom Nav buttons by making a simple request here: Graphics Requests
