Well it looks decent like PHogo said, but not very appealing... Site looks very boring and uninteresting as oyu are using only neutral color
Logo doesn't use technical font, content font is to big.
It would be better to use indent for paragraphs, and I would place picture in upper left corner, with thumbnail, or removed it completely.
I would also move up login and ad widget, because ad won't convert very well there.
