The site looks clean but there is no need for the live support, remove that. Also the comment system that you have change it to the facebook or anonymous commenting system will be helpful for you. The site needs a favicon thats missing, for the email tab use the email of the website something like admin@encodeking.com and add forwarders to your email that way looks good.

Rest everything seems fine for now.

- Live Support changed to Contact US, I removed the Contact US page from menu tab cuz I get most of the contact mails via. Live chat feature.
