Recently i had try to build a warez forum site named :

dgxforum.com​

From my point of view this site is quite well, but there are always a room for improvement.

We at dgxforum.com kindly ask for your review on the :
1.Logo design
2.Themes (using Vbul 4)
3.Forum Menu (any suggestion to be added?)
4.Features that need to be added.
5.Tips on how to improve the forums or postings.
6.Site loading time.
7.etc

Any other suggestions or comments are highly appreciated.

As i myself is a SEO services provider, i would strive in giving my best so this forum could have a good recognition in SERP, so the poster will gain nice benefit from the download of their files upload and therefore we could build a nice forum for all webmasters

The design is good, but I think i have seen a similar template design on completevb.com .. as far as I know you have done a pretty good job editing it!
The loading time was good for me and the logo is quite cool too. But you should change the favicon's white bg to transparent.
