Let Start From Title Please change it soon or Google will index your site very slowly and they Google Bot just hate those stuffs at Title.Next the Skin is very eye irritating one please change it.

This is how the header is coming for me. (1024X768 resoution).

Site Theme:

From the domain name, I had a fore view that your site must have got some black+red theme. But when I browsed your site, it was having a gaming forum theme.
Change the current theme to some theme having black + red colour combination. Why ? because your site has the word 'devil' and its always connected to colour red.
As far as 'arts' is concerned, then your header should be made such that it looks like a masterpiece. The visitor coming on your site so gaze on the header for atleast 30 seconds to admire it.
Thats what I'd do if I own that site.

Favicon:

It looks perfect, no need to change it.

Overall site:

Now, your site name is Devil Arts, so there should be more of Graphics related content rather than warez. Or if you're providing graphic resource downloads, then make it dedicated to it. Concentrate less on games, softwares, movies, music, etc. and put more efforts on sharing resources such as Photoshop Brushes, Patterns, Gradients, Shapes, etc. GIMP tutorials, etc.

It is not good. Change it to : 'Devil Arts - Free Warez & Torrents' though I'd rather suggest you to remove warez & torrents as it doesn't suits your domain.
