Really like the forum K3V and love the XenForo platform as well. My initial quick thoughts on the site are:

-Make the top right Navigation buttons bigger and clearer
-Shorten the list of sub forums
-make the left side a bit less busy
-not a fan of the red pop up sign up reminder box when not logged in
-make logo bigger and clearer
-get more traffic / make sure all forums at least have a few posts (even if you have to use a service like Postloop, Microworkers, Elance etc. to get the ball rolling

Looks like you have a great start and I am always a fan of new cool forums! Best of luck on your project!!!!
