ya, remove the
"Forum Led by: Root Admin, Administrators, Super-Mod, Moderator"

makes your site look messy imo

to add to that I never liked the symbols in front of names.

I agree with all of the suggestions above.

Also update your affiliate boxes color scheme to match your forum colors.
Remove the ascii in your site title, it looks cool, but its bad, google frowns highly upon it.

Do these suggestions and your site is fine in my book from the initial visual perspective. Good job, good luck.
