I as a Software Engineer will point out things like:
1. First impression of the site is that its slow. Loading of the page takes well lot of time.
2. It is not fulfilling the purpose it is built for i.e clients will have to find the button which takes them to the screen where they see available packages. That button is also not clearly visible.
These 2 are the most important things that you might need to rethink.
